The Trends Of Small Business

Entrepreneurship is at an all time high.  Like up and coming Internet marketer Odinn Sorensen, who left the corporate world last week and launched his Daddys Birthday Giveaway. Way to go Odinn.

However, once out of the corporate world, many small business owners think that they have too small of a budget to access the same level of talent they experienced in the corporate world.  Most small business owner will typically have to choose which skill is needed most when deciding to hire. The problem, of course is that the budget of a small growing company will often require a choice as to which specialty is needed most, either administrative, financial, marketing, sales or maybe legal service. This is not true :-) …..

Most VA’s are qualified with most of the above skills, if not all, required for small business owners and entrepreneurs.  How wonderful will it be for you to have your VA equipped to deal with most of your business needs, giving you more time to spend making more money, and you not having to pay the cost of a full time employee?

According to the just-released OfficeTeam 2008 Salary Guide, starting salaries for administrative professionals across the country are expected to rise an average of 3.2 percent in 2008. The increase is a result of continued demand for highly skilled administrative and office support employees, business expansion, and a competitive hiring environment.  Now, you have to understand that this is just the administrative field.

Having your VA’s support, for 5 hours a week, at a minimum of $20.00/hr, is not going to break the bank for any small business owner.  Especially when they have gained 5 hrs to make a whole lot more than that :-) .  So, really consider how much is it costing you?
