How Are Other Professionals Using Virtual Assistants?

I always get the phrase “I really need you Stacy but I’m not sure which project to start you off with yet”. Which I would reply, “perhaps the most important thing that will relieve you of the mundane, time-consuming tasks that keeps you from selling :-) ….”

In short, a VA can do just about anything a regular employee can do. You just won’t see their face every day and the manner in which you send tasks to them will vary slightly. Instead of walking paper files into the next office, you can simply attach those same electronic files to an email and hit send. Your assistant will work on those files according to your instructions and return them, mail them, or do whatever else you request with them.

Virtual Assistants are business owners themselves and most are very knowledgeable about the world wide web. VA’s can now assist entrepreneurs with almost every aspect of their business. Set/cancel appointments, work with excel spreadsheets, call for quotes, even screen clients or customers for motivation or to be sure they’re qualified to work with your company.

With my clients I assist with task like preparing spreadsheets for different list (everyone needs spreadsheets done :-) , completing small projects, transcribing and editing audio recordings from various workshops, editing video recordings for various projects, review books, assist with mental organization, etc, etc. The list goes on and on.

A Virtual Assistant can really organize your revenue generating time in ways that you don’t just want to imagine. You have to live it :-) …….
