The Path To Right Answers
It’s funny how the path to right answers can put the tools in front of you that you need to succeed. Last Friday I was heading to my local Borders for a book a client asked me to read called “Managing Up”. Unfortunately none of the Vegas stores carried the book and I later had to get it from Amazon. On entering the bookstore there was a book on one of their displays that seem to just call to me. I am a very picky buyer and happened to pass by the book at least 3 times before actually picking it up to buy.
The book is called “The Answer” by John Assaraf & Murray Smith. I’m still reading it since I’m a slow reader 
, but so far the content has been very insight full with clear answers.
I know quite a few of you are looking for answers to your finances, your business and your life. Plus, there is no shortage of informational products to help you do so. For me this book was calling because just last week I had questions and now I am on the path to the answers.
Like the old ask and you shall receive …
I would like to give you 5 tips for start your path to right answers:
1. You Can Do It: You are powerful and smart therefore you possess the ability to make this life exactly what you want it to be! Visualize your life now what you want it to be and don’t let allow anything or anyone to stop you!
2. Recognize The Fear: Everyday something comes along to put just a little fear in us. Just a tiny bit can sometimes cripple us from the simplest of task. Recognize the fear and always conquer through. For when the task is done and the fear is gone we feel so silly for allowing ourselves to get there in the first place.
3. Make Your Intentions Clear: When creating a better life your intentions needs to be clear and precise. Why set your intentions for hurt, failure and heartache? Doesn’t make any sense right? So make sure you are really clear. Again, it goes back to ask and you shall receive!
4. Affirm Yourself: Create a statement that represents who you see yourself being in the situation or what you want from it. “I am prepared, smart, and confident”, “They are accepting, honest, and loving”.
5. Find Your Happy: I do something everyday to find my happy ! Whether it’s having a conversation with my higher power, watching a comedy, cracking a joke with my friends or your child, or dancing for 30 minutes to some 90’s rock! Find your happy!!!
Something that has been sticking with me since I started reading “The Answer” is:
Everything in the physical world is made out of atoms, atoms are made of energy and energy is made out of consciousness!

Securing your business success in 2010 is vitally important in order for you to really succeed this year!
With the constant supply of new updates and innovative software your focus should be on the trends that are going to really give your business the boost it needs to compete with all your other counterparts. It’s very important that you not only know what lies ahead, but what you can do to position yourself for receiving the success deserve.
Here are 5 top trends you really want to focus on for securing your business success in 2010:
Outsourcing and freelancing was a very big hit for 2009 with online and offline business. One of the major reason for this has been the loss of jobs experienced in several large economies but more notably here in the United States. Many experienced and some not so experienced freelancers saw the need to take this opportunity and there has also been a rise in hiring outsourced help from the Philippines.
You want to decide what level of talent you are willing to pay for, from writing articles to social networking management to designing websites. It’s also a great idea to find a virtual project manager that can handle all these different projects being done by the different freelancers. Try to build relationships with mid-level talent, as they tend to look for work that provides a long term relationship, thus giving them a continued paycheck. If more qualified talent is required, then an economical choice would be to pay mid-level talent to create what you need, then pay the more experienced talent to edit and revise instead of paying them to create in from scratch.
Video marketing is not the newest idea for marketing your business on the internet, however many internet marketers still have yet to produced their very first video. Most of the search engine has been placing more focus on video than any other form of online media and will continue to do so even more in 2010. Video marketing has proved to be successful at gaining traffic that results in profits, if done correctly. Even if, you do not integrate video onto your site, it really is an amazing tool for advertising your business on outlets like Youtube, Bing, Veoh, etc.
Note: you want to outsource this task to one of your freelancer giving them all the necessary content, keywords, graphics, etc., but also have then use public domain pictures and music for a better effect.
Social Presence just like video marketing is not new to internet marketing, however there are many that still don’t understand it’s benefits for promoting their business or building their network. Search engines have been starting to focus more on social data, indexing and crawling social sites like Twitter or Facebook will soon have a much larger impact on search engine rankings.
Make sure to respect the terms of each site that you create a profile for and try your best to become a prominent figure in your niche or community. Be sure not to spam since that is truly frowned upon and some of these sites will remove for such behaviors. Finding different ways to effectively engage and participate in the community will be critical for your business survival.
Mobile Marketing is fast becoming a convenient trend for the savvy and not so savvy business owners. Large areas of Asia has already been using mobile payment technology and we here in the United States are following fast behind. Programs are soon on there way that enables merchants to accept payment through their Apple iPhone.
The demand is dramatically on the rise for mobile applications and mobile web-browsing due to devices like the iPhone and the Google Android phone. Make sure that you are ready when mobile payment technologies gain traction in your market.
Email marketing remain highly favorable in 2010 and may even threatens to become more powerful as providers improve social media integration, search engine access e-mails and auto-responders. Invest in your e-mail list and in producing valuable content to nurture leads and attract repeat customers. Incorporate email sequence promotions for your product and/or your affiliate products.

What The Hell Was I Doing…
It’s been almost a year since I posted on this blog, actually it’s been a year since I’ve done anything with this blog …
What the hell was I doing?
Working on getting my life and my business in order for me to really succeed in an industry that I’m still trying to understand. 2009 what a year of amazing growth and sorrow. So much has been lost yet so much has been gained and is still gaining. So I now I look to my bright future with more excitement than I ever could have imagine.
So many things that I look back on and really ask myself what the hell was I doing? But as you know we all make mistakes and sometimes take a road that we should have never gotten on in the first place. Well, I happy to say that I’m back on the right track … How do I know that? I feel happy and at peace. For others it may feel different all I know is what it feels like for me.
Now with the end of another year upon u, have you really taught about what the hell did you do this year? Did it benefit you in anyway? Did something inside you grow or did something died? Are you ready for whats ahead?
I am soo ready!!! Are you?
How many times has this been you? I know if you own a business this is usually something that happens to all of us eventually. But is this the type of business owner you want to be?
I hope not!!!
Don’t let this new year find you with your desk looking this way for your mind feeling this way… Believe me for the past couple of months I have been doing nothing other than feeling tired and unmotivated. That’s a huge no no for a business owner.
The thing is so many of my friends that are business owners themselves have been saying the same thing. That feeling of being so tired and unmotivated… So,what happens when you are too tired to work or run your business?
Who’s there to support you when you can’t support yourself? What happens to your business if your body is telling you, you need to shut down?
